中文文摘  人们通常认为,婚姻家庭在本质上是和谐的。然而,近年来的社会调查和社会学研究发现,婚姻暴力广泛存在于各种社会形态,是一种不容忽视的社会现象,长期以来,婚姻暴力一直为公共权力所忽视,尽管各国已经采取了许多防治性措施,但是从总体上看,大多数的受害者仍未得到充分有效的保护。本文从多个角度对婚姻暴力展开分析,探讨防治婚姻暴力的有效途径。
全文分为四个部分:
第一部分是对婚姻暴力有关问题的概述。这一部分首先对婚姻暴力的含义进行研究,认为婚姻暴力不仅限于肉体伤害,还包括精神虐待与,性虐待。然后作者对国内外的有关统计资料进行研究,并分析了婚姻暴力的主要特征及后果。
第二部分对婚姻暴力的存在和发展的主要原因进行了剖析。这一部分主要是从两个方面着手进行研究的:在宏观的社会性的因素中,笔者认为,社会经济中的两性分工以及在此基础上形成的社会性别制度文化是婚姻暴力产生的社会基础；在微观的家庭性因素中,人们的家庭观念、个人的社会资源占有量以及现代社会压力等容易导致婚姻暴力的发生,而家庭的社会地位则是婚姻暴力得以放纵的重要原因。在这里,笔者还对我国社会存在的婚姻暴力的几种诱因进行了一定的分析。
第三部分主要介绍并分析了国内外关于婚姻暴力防治的情况。作者认为尽管在防治工作中已取得了相当的成就,但仍存在许多不足,需要在以后的工作中加以完善。
第四部分是对我国婚姻暴力防治工作的几点建议。作者认为,我国应当在法制工作、社会服务和社会保障体系等多方面加以完善,努力从根本上消除婚姻暴力存在的基础,共同创造平等和谐的家庭文明。

英文文摘  It is a usual idea that the matrimony and the family are essentially harmonious. However, in resent years, the sociology research finds that marital violence had been neglected by public power for a long times. Though many preventing measures have been taken in many countries, most sufferers have still not been protected sufficiently and efficiently, the author analyses marital violence from a different angle and probes into effective way of preventing marital violence.
The thesis is composed of four parts:
The first part is about related problems of marital violence. The author studies the implication of marital violence, and she thinks that marital violence includes not only physical injure but mental cruelty. And then she studies the related statistical data at home and abroad, and analyses the major characters and consequences of marital violence.
The second part dissects the major reasons that marital violence exists and develops. This part is examined from two aspects: in the analysis of macroscopic social factors, the author thinks the division of dual sex in social economy and the social sexual system and culture based on the division is the social basis of producing marital violence; in the microcosmic family factors, the author thinks that the family sense in people''s minds, occupation of personal social resources and pressure from the modem society, is the major reasons of indulgence of marital violence. And then, the author analyses several inducement of marital violence in our country.
In the third part, the author introduces and analyses the cases about the prevention of marital violence at home and abroad She thinks that, in spite of considerable achievement in the work of prevention, there still exists much insufficiency that need improving in future.
The last part of the thesis, the author puts forward suggestion on prevention of marital violence in our country. She thinks that legal system, social service system and social security system and so on should be perfected in our country. And we should try our best to eliminate the existence basis of marital violence in order to create equal and harmonious family culture.
